Lake Roosevelt's level changes through the year, and ramps open and close with it. Two Rivers Marina's website currently says its launch is closed and points boaters to Fort Spokane or Porcupine Bay. Always check current ramp status with the National Park Service at nps.gov/laro before you tow.
