Our enclosed bays are 12' wide by 40' deep, in 30' and 40' configurations. Covered and outdoor spots flex to fit most trailered boats. Our on-site shop services boats up to 12,500 lbs and 8'6" beam, so nearly anything you trailer, we can store and maintain.
Storage rates cover the space and security. Winterization, shrink wrap, detailing, and battery care are à la carte add-ons — or bundled in the Concierge package. We'll quote the combination when you call.
The keypad gate is open to customers 7am–7pm daily, year-round. Every entry is logged, and the resident manager is on the property around the clock.
