Picture the last weekend of the season. You're standing on your dock at Lake Roosevelt, the boat's still in the water, and the only thing left on your to-do list is to hand us the keys.
No backing a trailer down a crowded ramp. No driving 45 minutes with 8,000 pounds swaying behind your truck. No YouTube winterization videos at 9 p.m. hoping you didn't miss a drain plug. No frozen block in February. No dead batteries in May.
That's the Shadow Boat Concierge — the only true all-inclusive boat care program in the Lake Roosevelt and Spokane region. We pick your boat up in the fall, care for it all winter, and put it back in the water in the spring with a full tank of fuel. You boat. We handle everything else.
It's built on the same foundation that's earned Shadow Storage 100+ five-star reviews and a 20-year, zero-break-in security record: a fenced, gated, camera-monitored facility in Davenport with a manager who lives on site — 2.5 miles from the Fort Spokane boat ramp.
Step 1 — Fall Pickup. Tell us where the boat is: your home, your marina slip, your dock, even another storage lot. Our crew picks it up anywhere in the Spokane County region. You don't hitch anything.
Step 2 — Winterization + Oil Change. Our experienced marine mechanic — the same team behind our sister company, Spokane Boat Repair (5.0 stars, 92+ reviews) — performs a complete winterization: fuel treatment, fogging, full drain of block, manifolds, and water pump (I/O), hose inspection, oil and filter change, and grease fittings. Your batteries come out and spend the winter indoors on our maintainers, not freezing in the bilge.
Step 3 — Your Choice of Storage. Outdoor in our secured yard, covered under roof, or a fully enclosed 12x40 indoor unit. Storage runs Labor Day through Memorial Day, with flexibility on both ends.
Step 4 — Spring Engine Service + Trailer Inspection. Before the boat moves an inch, we run the spring engine service, reinstall your charged batteries, and inspect the trailer — bearings, lights, tires — so opening weekend doesn't start with a roadside breakdown.
Step 5 — Spring Delivery or Dock Launch. We deliver to your driveway or launch the boat at your dock, fueled and ready. Full tank. Turn the key and go.

Popular add-ons at any tier: kicker motor winterization, hull acid wash, cut/wax/buff, and our in-house breathable shrink wrap — 8+ years, 1,000+ wraps, zero mold.
This isn't a volume play. Concierge slots are capped at 25 boats per season so every boat gets mechanic-level attention, and roughly 12 are already reserved by returning members. When the remaining spots are gone, the next opening is a year away.
"They picked up our boat from Loon Lake, cleaned it, winterized and are storing it indoor over the winter. Couldn't have been an easier process." - Kelli J., Loon Lake ★★★★★
"My boat was picked up from my house on short notice and whisked away to be serviced and stored over the winter at their facility. I definitely approve." - Sean W. ★★★★★
Add up a DIY winter: two ramp trips with truck and fuel, a Saturday winterizing, a Saturday de-winterizing, marina-rate spring service, and the ever-present risk of a cracked block — a $4,000–$8,000 repair from one missed drain. Concierge members trade all of it for one phone call in September and a full tank in May.
Three tiers - Captain, Admiral, and Commodore - based on storage type (secured outdoor, covered + shrink wrap, or private indoor unit) and the services included. Every package is custom-quoted for your boat and covers the full Labor Day-Memorial Day season, pickup to full-tank delivery. Call 509-282-5784 for your number.
Our in-house transport handles boats up to 12,500 lbs and 8'6" beam. Larger boats can usually still join the program — we move those through a trusted transport partner. Call 509-282-5784 with your specs.
Houseboats don't need a haul-out to get winter care. Our On-The-Water Winter Program at Two Rivers Marina winterizes and watches over Lake Roosevelt houseboats right in their slips — no one else on the lake offers it.
Your existing boat policy stays in force during storage and transport, and our facility carries commercial coverage. We're glad to provide documentation for your insurer — most owners find their premiums favor secured storage like ours: 6' fencing with barbed wire, keypad gate, cameras, security lighting, and an on-site manager.
Yes. The facility is open 7 a.m.–7 p.m. daily, every day of the year. Admiral and Commodore members also receive a mid-winter photo check-in, so you can see your boat without driving out.
The standard window is Labor Day through Memorial Day, but it's flexible. Late-season fishermen and early-spring skiers — we'll work around your calendar.
Roughly half of this season's 25 Concierge slots are already spoken for. Request your quote and lock in your tier before the list closes. Shadow Storage, 44300 State Route 25N, Davenport, WA — 2.5 miles from Fort Spokane.
