How the Concierge works

1. We pick it up. We pick up from your home, dock, or storage lot anywhere in Spokane Valley — your dock, marina slip, driveway, or current storage lot. You never hitch a trailer.

2. We winterize it carefully. Full winterization and oil/filter change by our experienced marine techs (see below).

3. We store it. Your choice of secure outdoor, covered with shrink wrap, or a fully enclosed indoor unit — behind a gated, camera-monitored facility with a 20-year, zero-break-in record.

4. We detail it. Wash, hull acid wash, and a full detail so it comes back better than it left.

5. We summerize and bring it back. Spring service done, trailer checked, delivered to your dock with a full tank of fuel on the day you choose.

We take winterization seriously

This is the part nobody should cut corners on, and we don't. Every boat gets a meticulous, multi-point winterization: fuel stabilized, engine fogged, block, manifolds and water pump fully drained, oil and filter changed, grease fittings lubed, and your battery pulled and stored indoors on a maintainer. We're methodical, we double-check our work, and we document every step — because a single missed drain plug can cost someone their whole season. We won't make promises about the weather; we just do the job right, the careful way, every time.
